is more effective.
The liquid and vapor refrigerant are separate before entering the compressor by a liquid separator to prevent hydraulic shock inside the compressor. Besides, compressors use low-pressure shell technology, so in case the medium is still a bit liquid, it is safe for the compressor because the solvent is not led directly into the compression chamber.
Low-pressure shell technology: Most parts of the compressor produces low-pressure steam refrigerant. Stopping the engine and the bearings from being heated by superheated steam. The liquid refrigerant is collect at the bottom of the housing, which decreases the rate of compressor damage incurred by hydraulic shock.
Usage of liquid separator: if the refrigerant does not evaporate in the indoor unit, any liquid persists in the compressor. This can cause the compressor to become loose, resulting in hydraulic shock damage to the compressor. To overcome this problem, Mitsubishi Electric uses a liquid separator to separate the liquid before it returns to the compressor, increasing the reliability of the air conditioning system. (* Over-filling of refrigerant leads to an excess of the separator tank capacity resulting in liquid returning to the compressor. Care should be taken and make sure the correct amount of refrigerant is loaded.)
Requires operation when the voltage difference rises or decreases by 10%: the operation of the device is assured when the voltage increases or decreases by 10% relative to the rated voltage.
The circuit board system is usually cooled: PCBs (circuit board systems) are equipped with a wide variety of electronic instruments. As the operating load increases, a solution for cooling the board is required. Mitsubishi Electric puts PCBs in natural airflow pathways that allow efficient cooling to sustain operational efficiency and improve the functionality of each electronic device.
Easy to operate: The electrical appliances and motherboards are concentrated at the top of the outdoor unit and can be easily opened for replacement when needed. Also, the compressor is located below in the right corner of the outdoor unit, so service technicians can easily perform maintenance from the front.
Where an outdoor unit is mounted near a perimeter field, Mitsubishi Electric devices are capable of minimizing the corrosive effects of sea salt by using a special coating developed for the outdoor unit.
* The result differs based on the location of the installation.
Circuit board coating: Circuit board circuits are covered by a polyurethane film coating to ensure sea salt corrosion resistance.
* Basic model only covers minimal wiring.
The housing is covered with Polyester coating: To prevent corrosion in areas affected by wind turbulence, the outdoor unit housing is made of polyester-coated steel sheets by JRA 9002. The coating is used in Standard model and Model BS (Model against sea salt corrosion).
Fitted with a Blue-Fin coating on the outdoor heat exchange: the aluminum radiator fins in the outdoor unit can be degraded due to the effects of new field emissions (dust in the air) resulting in decreased capability and life of the outdoor unit. The Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF is fitted with a Blue-Fin coating which is resistant to this corrosion phenomena.
When an indoor unit malfunctions, the M-NET system of Mitsubishi Electric allows the remaining indoor units to continue working without the need for any additional settings or controls to be mounted on the system. (* This feature is still supported for Model PUMY and PQHY)
Function to close the LEV indoor unit from outdoor unit via M-NET (CITY MULTI)
For hotel buildings: When the air conditioning system with one indoor unit malfunctions, the indoor units of the remaining rooms do not need to be turned off to repair the faulty indoor unit, this allows hotels continue to do business.
Flexible architecture with M-NET: the device can be bundled at various levels to improve the versatility of signal wiring and is ideal for the complex design of the house.
You should select the correct static pressure level: the static pressure parameters of the outdoor fans have 3 levels to choose from: 0, 30, 60 Pa. This makes it easy to add exterior units on-floor or balcony in tall buildings.
Establish versatility in the construction of solvent pipes to satisfy the needs of each building form. For CITY MULTI, pipes can also be used for large-scale structures.
