2. Why does the Nanoe-G light stay on when the air conditioner is turned off?
This is the "disinfection of dust filter" function, applicable to the model since 2013.
The internal fan operates with the air vent slightly open when the engine is turned off. After 30 minutes, the louver closes, the fan stops, and the nanoe-G generator takes 2 hours to disinfect the dust net. The nanoe-G lamp stays on during the above time.

This operation will repeat if the total operating time of the product is more than 24 hours.

3. Does the room smell bad when using the air conditioner?
- The air conditioner does not produce odors. However, there are many causes of foul odors, such as:

- Use room spray perfume.

- Rats and insects discharge dirty waste on the indoor unit.

- The pipe discharges water into the gas pit, creating a foul smell.

- Or it could be due to a musty smell emanating from the walls, carpet, furniture, or clothing.

4. Why does the hot rig meltwater? Sometimes it flows more; sometimes, it flows less?

The cause may be that the ducting to the indoor unit is not well insulated, the gas system is blocked, or gas is being lost (leakage) in the air. In addition, if it is a 2-way machine running in the hot afternoon, the outer ring will become an evaporator, which will cause condensation on the rig.

5. Describe the phenomenon of the Nanoe-G light on the indoor unit blinking.
This phenomenon occurs when the Nanoe-G transmitter gets too much moisture or dirt. Or because the product works in the air filter mode for too long (more than 24 hours).

6. Can the air conditioner reduce the temperature below 20 degrees Celsius?

The machine is set to power-saving mode. Press and hold the temperature down button (downward triangle arrow) on the remote control for more than 10 seconds to cancel this setting.

7. How to set the timer on the air conditioner/air conditioner?
1) First, what must set the current time (real clock time):
Hold down the [Clock] button until the clock flashes. Then, press the ▲/▼ button (Timer part) until the current time. Finally, press [Clock] to end.
2) How to set the time (using the buttons in the TIMER AREA):
- Set the On Time: (1) Press [On], (2) Press /▼ to select the On-time, (3) Aim the remote control at the machine and press the [SET] button.
- Set the Off time: (1) Press [Off], (2) Press /▼ to select the Off time, (3) Aim the remote control at the machine and press the [SET] button.
Up to the selected time, the machine will operate according to the set command. If it is time to turn it on, the device will do it about 5–15 minutes earlier.

If the main power is lost, the timer is deleted but still stored on the remote, so step (3) needs to be repeated once.

8. Why is there a slight jerk when touching the case?

This is a normal phenomenon with any electrical or electronic device. This behavior should disappear if the appliance is properly grounded.

9. The air conditioner's remote control still shows the parameters after turning off the machine. Does that consume battery life? Is it possible to turn off the power entirely so that the parameters are not displayed?
When the air conditioner is turned off, the remote control screen displays the information and the Clock. There is battery consumption, but what can still use the battery for about one year.

What can be turned off entirely by removing the batteries from the remote control? When installing the battery, you must reset the Clock.

10. Is it possible to use the same remote control for multiple air conditioners?
Maybe. All remote controls are shipped with the same control code.

11. Is it advised to keep a water basin in the room when using the air conditioner? What effect does that have?
Operating the air conditioner will make the air in the room dry, causing discomfort.
The pot of water will evaporate, helping to compensate for the humidity in the room.
12. The louver is not automatically lower down; it is always up high compared to the wall. So how do I get down close to the wall?
Press the "AIR SWING" button on the RC to adjust the swing angle.
By design, the lowest wind angle is about 35° to 40° compared to the horizontal.Manually pull the spoiler down, if desired.

However, when turning on auto mode or turning off the machine, this angle returns to the right design

13. Why must ground for air conditioners be performed? How to properly ground?
Grounding for the product is a mandatory requirement to ensure the user's safety and prevent electrical problems such as short, fire, etc.
For products with a 3-pin plug, what must insert the plug into a grounded 3rd (middle) socket?
Products that come with a ground wire or grounding screw must be connected to the grounding stake. The grounding stake is an iron (copper-coated) stake that is more than 1m long plugged deep under the wet soil location.Do not ground to nails nailed to the wall or floor or lightning conductors.
